Our KL office is expanding rapidly as we strengthen our APAC operations, compliance, and sales support teams. We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing regional hub.

Amillex is expanding rapidly across Asia, and we are looking for a
Chinese-speaking Operations Executive
to join our KL office. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced trading environment.

What You Will Do

KYC & Compliance Support

  • Review and verify new client KYC documents
  • Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards

Account Opening & Client Operations

  • Assist clients with account opening procedures (Real, Demo, IB accounts)
  • Handle account amendments, platform setup (MT4/MT5), and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with sales team to support partner onboarding

Client Enquiries & Front-Line Support

  • Respond to client enquiries in Chinese & English (WeChat/Telegram/Email)
  • Provide clear guidance on deposits, withdrawals, trading conditions, and platform usage
  • Work closely with CS + BD team to ensure smooth client experience

Sales & Operations Coordination

  • Support BD team with daily operational requests
  • Prepare basic reports (KYC status, daily operations checklist, partner account updates)
  • Assist with internal SOP improvements and workflow optimisation

What We're Looking For

  • Chinese-speaking (Mandarin) —
    must
  • Experience in
    operations / customer service / KYC
    within financial services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organised, responsible
  • Able to work on-site in KL
  • Must be able to work in shifts
  • Passion for fintech, trading, or brokerage operations is a bonus
