Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor processing of client on-boarding and transaction submission by cut-off time on a daily basis.
  • Perform screening checks on client applications to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of unit trust operations through improvements to each function.
  • Handle and resolve clients' queries and report the customer issues to relevant parties.
  • Ensure timely production of regulatory and management reports.
  • Prepare and update SOPP to streamline overall process flow in unit trust operations.
  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement and communicate the system issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in fund management operations with 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge in unit trust operations.
  • Strong understanding of unit trust products.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Malay.
