About the role

JEBSON ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to join our team in Mount Austin, Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  2. Monitoring project progress and identifying any issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
  3. Ensuring construction activities adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  4. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
  5. Preparing detailed reports on project status, productivity, and any incidents
  6. Supporting the project management team with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years experience in a similar site supervision or site engineering role, preferably in the construction industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  5. Proficient in project management tools and software
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  7. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality
