Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing function at Cosway. This role oversees a multi-disciplinary team covering digital marketing, social media, branding, PR & events, creative, multimedia, and e-commerce driving impactful campaigns and strengthening brand presence across all channels.
You will work closely with Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Services to deliver integrated marketing strategies that support business growth and enhance consumer engagement.
Job Description:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
· Lead the development and implementation of marketing and brand strategies that align with business goals.
· Drive end-to-end marketing management from strategic planning to execution across all channels.
· Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across campaigns, products, and communication platforms.
· Identify growth opportunities through market insights, consumer behavior, and category trends.
2. Team Leadership & Management
· Oversee and guide all marketing functions:
Digital Marketing & Social Media – Manage paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content strategies.
Branding & Creative – Oversee brand storytelling, visual identity, and creative direction.
Events & PR – Lead event activations, media relations, and public engagements.
E-Commerce & Multimedia – Drive online visibility, content production, and digital experience.
· Foster collaboration and synergy across marketing units to ensure seamless campaign rollouts.
3. Campaigns, Creative & Content
· Oversee the conceptualization and execution of 360° campaigns across digital, retail, and PR channels.
· Provide creative direction for photoshoots, videos, and content that reflect brand identity and resonate with consumers.
· Develop thematic and seasonal campaigns to drive brand engagement and conversion.
· Ensure high creative standards and consistency across all marketing materials.
4. Digital, Social Media & E-Commerce
· Lead integrated digital marketing strategies including paid media, SEO/SEM, and CRM initiatives.
· Optimize brand presence and engagement across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS, etc.).
· Drive e-commerce marketing activities to improve traffic, conversion, and retention.
· Leverage analytics tools to measure performance and guide data-driven improvements.
5. Events, PR & Partnerships
· Plan and execute key brand events, activations, and collaborations to enhance visibility and engagement.
· Build relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers to strengthen brand credibility and reach.
· Ensure flawless on-ground execution and alignment with brand standards.
8. Market Insights & Performance
· Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and consumer insights to refine marketing direction.
· Evaluate campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and present actionable insights.
· Use data analytics to optimize future strategies and measure ROI effectively.
9. Budget & Resource Management
· Manage overall marketing budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
· Oversee vendor management, cost negotiation, and project delivery timelines.
· Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, on time, and with measurable results.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
· Proven experience leading multi-functional marketing teams (digital, social media, branding, events, creative, and e-commerce).
· Strong track record in developing and executing 360° brand and marketing strategies.
· Experience in FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness industries is preferred.
· Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and creativity.
· Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
· Strong project management skills — able to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
· Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Detail-oriented, resourceful, and results-focused with a hands-on approach to execution.
