We're looking for a reliable, resourceful person who enjoys variety in their work.You'll help with admin, proposals, linkedin and simple design tasks.This is a good fit if you're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy both creative and structured work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help with daily admin tasks (scheduling, data entry, filing, managing calendar)
  • Support basic marketing work like social media posts and basic Canva designs
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and proposals
  • Communicate with clients and vendors (email, chat, calls)
  • Keep project folders and trackers up to date
  • Assist with basic website or content updates
  • Help the manager with coordination and research
  • Take the initiative to solve small problems independently

You Should Be

  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
  • Organised, cheerful, and a fast learner
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly
  • Owns a PC / laptop (Windows / Mac) with stable internet connection
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Canva
  • Interested in marketing, AI, or business growth
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
