About the role

We are seeking a passionate and creative TikTok Admin Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team at NFARA S BIOTECHNOLOGY (M) SDN.BHD'. This full-time position will be based in Pokok Sena, Kedah, where you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our presence on the TikTok platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager, defining objectives, budgets, targeting, and schedules.
  • Write and refine ad copy, and collaborate with designers to select visuals (images/videos) that align with campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize performance across creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to ad strategy while aligning with company or client objectives.
  • Stay up to date with TikTok Ads best practices, policies, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with team members across strategy, creative, and account management for cohesive campaign execution.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in digital advertising and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficient in analyzing ad performance data and using insights to guide creative and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for ad messaging.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Preferred: Male candidates.
