About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Crew cum Waiters to join our 21 Trees (Cafe) team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to be part of the Tomaz Shoes (Retail) family and contribute to the daily operations of our vibrant cafe.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and serving customers with exceptional hospitality
  • Preparing and presenting food and beverages to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Providing recommendations and information about our menu and offerings
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
