Position: Trade Operations Executive (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)

Location: UOA Business Park – right across from LRT Subang Jaya

We're looking for passionate, driven individuals to grow with us and take charge of trade operations that fuel international commerce.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in daily trade order processing
  • Manage Bursa Malaysia Futures Contracts, NSR Tendering & PTI E-NSR Handling
  • Compile, report, and reconcile trading positions
  • Prepare book files and ensure accurate trade costing
  • Handle stock reconciliation and set up new modules for entities, commodities, and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with traders, brokers, shipping, and risk management teams

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or Physics
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese fluently
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed with excellent time management
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Bonus if you're familiar with Incoterms, Poram/Fosfa contracts, Bursa & MPOB compliance (but not required)
