Responsibilities:

  2. Focused on stock control and data entry including tasks like updating in the systems and stock checks.

  3. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations in store.

  4. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely data entry into systems.
  5. Handle inward and outward stock processes and ensure adherence to SOPs
  6. Ensure all documentation complies with company SOPs, ISO, and audit requirements.
  7. Assist during stock counts by preparing count sheets and recording results.
  8. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material supply.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Possess 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Electrical & Engineering industry
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work extra hours when required
