  3. Compare TNB meter readings vs EMS readings to ensure variance ≤ ±1.5%.

  4. Use TNB reading as the official value if variance exceeds the threshold.

  5. EMS Data Compilation

  6. Extract daily and monthly raw data from the EMS platform:

  7. MSB (Main Switch Board) readings
  8. Rectifier 1, Rectifier 2, Rectifier 3 readings

  9. Input data into the designated Excel template for each site (auto-calculated savings formula provided).

  10. Monitoring & Alert

  11. Review EMS dashboard daily for:

  12. Unusual increase/decrease in AC power usage or rectifier consumption.
  13. Missing or abnormal data transmission.

  14. If data exceeds threshold or shows irregular pattern, immediately report to AGM (Operation) for investigation.

  15. Record Keeping & Reporting

  16. Maintain organized folders of TNB bills, EMS data, and monthly claim sheets.

  17. Update Daily Monitoring Log (e.g., high usage flags, missing data reports).
  18. Support monthly claim submission by ensuring all data sheets are complete and verified.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years in data entry, facility operations, billing, or energy-related reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel (formula, formatting, pivoting, chart). - Basic understanding of EMS or meter reading. - Able to handle cloud data platforms and file organization. - Familiar with numeric accuracy and verification processes.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for data accuracy.
  • Fast learner and consistent reporting habit.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
