Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Leveraging your sales expertise and leadership skills, you will develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and go-to-market strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure team alignment, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, adapting sales strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals to drive results.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
