Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will handle stock movement, assist in receiving and dispatching goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
  • Perform picking, packing, and preparation of orders for delivery.
  • Arrange and organize products systematically within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records accurately.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods safely.
  • Check for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and storage areas.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and forklifts (if certified).
  • Support administrative tasks including updating delivery notes, stock forms, and system entries.
  • Comply with company safety procedures and warehouse SOPs.

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate to heavy items.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift and GDL license is an added advantage.
