Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer Executive is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that align with OXYZ Health and Wellness Sdn. Bhd.'s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role supports marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and promotional activities by delivering creative and impactful designs that communicate the company's health and wellness vision.

Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding

  • Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, posters, social media content, advertisements, and promotional videos.
  • Maintain and strengthen OXYZ's brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into engaging and effective visuals.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, design quality standards, and deadlines.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Design content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance online presence and audience engagement.
  • Assist in creating digital campaigns, infographics, and multimedia materials that promote the company's wellness programs and products.
  • Support content creation through photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics (where applicable).
  • Optimize visual content for web and mobile platforms.

Marketing & Event Support

  • Design marketing collaterals for events, health campaigns, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printing suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
  • Support product packaging, in-store displays, and signage design when required.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing ideas and creative campaigns.

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Manage and organize design assets, artwork files, and brand templates.
  • Support the marketing and management teams in executing promotional strategies.
  • Perform other design-related or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
