An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented videographer to join the dynamic team at Gaan', a leading provider of photography and visual content services. Based in the vibrant Desa Parkcity area of Kuala Lumpur, this full-time role offers the chance to showcase your exceptional video production skills and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and produce high-quality video content for a variety of clients and projects, ranging from corporate videos to promotional and social media content
  • Collaborate closely with the photography team to ensure a seamless integration of video and still imagery
  • Operate and maintain professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
  • Edit and post-process video footage, applying your creativity and technical expertise to deliver polished, impactful final products
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide a high level of customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the video production industry

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your skills in conceptualising, filming, and editing high-quality video content
  • Excellent technical knowledge of video production equipment and software, including cameras, lighting, audio, and non-linear editing tools
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging and impactful video content
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and the wider creative team
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A strong understanding of the photography industry and the ability to integrate video seamlessly with still imagery
