Fast Flow Group HQ in Singapore, with a Penang Design and Balancing Support Center, require experienced Mechanical Engineering BIM Modellers to provide regional support for a design drawing production department, with 2D and 3D for BIM submission. Also to assist and undertake drawing coordination between Architectural / Structural / Mechanical trades in 2D and 3D also for BIM submission. Training and technical product guidance will be provided for the successful candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION


• To produce quality output of shop drawings with minimal supervision.


• Accountable for the timely submission of shop drawing in 2D and 3D for BIM submission. (Autocad, Revit)


• To ensure strict compliance of system on shop drawings.


• To handle multiple project simultaneously.


• To sketch, build and generate schematic with in-house software (training will be given).


• To check and coordinate with Architectural / Structural / Mechanical service in 2D and 3D for BIM submission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Honest, ethical, dependable & common sense.
  • Team player.
  • To work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpretation of Architectural and Structural drawings.
  • Educational attainment of either Technical Diploma or Technical Certificate of equivalent in Architectural / Mechanical / Civil or Building.
  • Preferably 2/3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, Architectural / Structural / Plumbing / Mechanical Trades is required.
