The Senior Test & Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of next-generation testing frameworks and components. This role involves coding, hardware driver integration, and ensuring robust testing solutions to support transceiver module manufacturing and development.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain test software for transceiver modules.
  • Develop test frameworks using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Design and implement test algorithms, instrument drivers, and validation methodologies.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of test methodologies.
  • Integrate hardware and equipment drivers within the testing framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of test systems.
  • Continuously improve testing efficiency, reliability, and automation performance.
  • Provide technical support during product testing and debugging stages.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related engineering role; experience in a multinational company (MNC) is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in VB.NET and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Strong foundation in Basic Electronics and test methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and driver development.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
