Accounts & Admin Assistant

Qualification :
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration, or related field
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and procurement.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing and AR / AP/ Bank reconciliations.
- Support general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
- Handle procurement processes: sourcing suppliers and preparing purchase orders
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and procurement activities.
- Provide support to the finance and admin teams as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
