About the role

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Despatch cum Driver to support KT LAW & ASSOCIATES SDN BHD's day-to-day logistics and administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle document deliveries, transport materials or personnel to sites, and assist with general office or site-related errands efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver and collect documents, cheques, materials, and other items between offices, clients, banks, government agencies, and project sites.
  2. Transport staff, visitors, or goods to designated locations safely and punctually.
  3. Assist with ad-hoc material purchases or deliveries for construction sites.
  4. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle, including regular servicing, inspection, and upkeep.
  5. Support administrative or site teams with simple logistics or clerical tasks when required.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  2. Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D / B2) with a clean driving record.
  3. Minimum 2 years of driving or dispatch experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  4. Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Physically fit and willing to travel outstation when required.
