As our business grows, we are looking for a Purchaser cum HR Executive to join our team. This is a dual-role position combining procurement and human resource responsibilities — ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing / Procurement

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery lead time.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and update inventory records.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

  • Monitor procurement costs and assist in cost-saving initiatives.

  • Research products in the market

Human Resource

  • Handle recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination.

  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and maintaining HR records.

  • Support employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Supply Chain, or related field. (good to have)

  • Some experience in procurement and/or HR functions (good to have)

  • Experience in construction/building materials industry is a plus

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Good organizational skills; able to multitask and work independently.
