About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Boutique Assistant to join our team at Delira Abaya in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Boutique Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our boutique. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the success of our brand.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our clients
2. Assisting customers with product selection, fittings and checkout
3. Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the boutique
4. Replenishing and organizing product displays
5. Handling cash and card transactions accurately
6. Participating in stock-taking and inventory management
7. Supporting the implementation of marketing and promotional activities
8. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

1. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized work environment
3. Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
4. Basic product knowledge or a keen interest in the fashion industry
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. A team player with a positive and proactive approach
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
