  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
  • Support the team in documentation, filing, and preparing operational reports or checklists.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties to follow up on tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking work progress, resources, and project timelines.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, or coordination work when required.
  • Provide support in planning and executing operational activities or events.
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned by the management.
