Cash Flow & Cost Control

  • Oversee daily cash management, banking, and credit control operations.
  • Monitor purchasing, inventory, and payroll to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Safeguard hotel assets and ensure proper authorization of expenditures.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and develop the finance and accounts team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and financial targets.
  • Support management with strategic financial planning and investment analysis.
