What you'll be doing?- Financial management: Handle bookkeeping tasks, data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Report preparation: Assist in creating financial reports to support informed decision-making within the organization.
- Administrative support: Manage correspondence, maintain files and records, and contribute to general office operations.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and precise financial information.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement efficient systems and procedures to enhance overall productivity.
- Compliance: Adhere to relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies to maintain integrity in financial processes.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Educational background: Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply for this role.
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to efficiently manage financial data.
- Organizational abilities: Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and customer-centric approach to maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous and committed to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
