About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Service Support Coordinator to join our operations support team. The role is responsible for coordinating service requests, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and billing processes to support global accounts and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service requests, billing, and documentation for assigned clients.
- Maintain and update rate cards, price lists, and service order information.
- Track purchase orders (POs), manage updates in SAP or related systems, and ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare invoices, initiate correction requests, and secure necessary approvals.
- Monitor and report collections status by region and key clients.
- Handle vendor renewals and purchase requests through Zendesk or similar tools.
- Maintain operational knowledge base pages and ensure proper documentation.
- Support internal teams with service-related data, reports, and updates.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to coordinate with clients globally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools such as SAP, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Experience managing internal knowledge bases using platforms such as Confluence or Jira.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven.
- Basic understanding of billing or service coordination workflows.
- Experience in sales administration, operations support, or service coordination preferred.
