Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. You will work closely with the executive team to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures while maintaining operational excellence and driving organizational growth.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
● Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals, ensuring effective achievement of production targets for the Malaysian operations.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency.
- Operational Management:
● Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service, while coordinating cross-functional departments (e.g., procurement, equipment, quality, R&D)- to ensure orderly workflow.
● Ensure all business functions operate at optimal efficiency through streamlined processes.
- Team Leadership:
● Lead, mentor, and develop departmental leaders to achieve performance goals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM20, RM25,000.00 per month
