Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia Telcommunications Full time 30,000 - 50,000 per year

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and related documents for telecommunications infrastructure projects
  • Assess project feasibility and conduct cost–benefit analyses
  • Prepare tender documents and support procurement and claims processes
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (preferably with telecommunications exposure)
  • Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of construction methods, contracts, and legal regulations
  • 1–3 years of QS experience in telecom or utility projects (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions)
  • Willing to travel to project sites when required
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage to support client and vendor communications

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
