Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented team member to review expense reports and payment requests, support monthly closings, manage fixed assets, and coordinate with HQ. SAP experience and a focus on process improvement are key.
Job Description:
- Verify, review and process employee expense claims and payment requests in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve employee expense claims related queries.
- Support monthly financial closing processes, including accrual of expenses and fixed asset management
- Coordinate with headquarters and preparing necessary documentation as required.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Support ongoing process improvements and participate in team learning initiatives.
- Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Account Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of working experience in related field, prior experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility able to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge in SAP software is a plus.
