Deburring & Polishing Technician

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

1. Perform deburring, masking, sandblasting, and polishing operations according to established procedures and production requirements to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.

根据既定操作流程和生产要求,进行去毛刺、遮蔽、喷砂及抛光作业,确保生产顺畅并达到质量标准。

1. Conduct routine inspection, proper usage, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment; promptly identify and report any abnormalities.

对工具及设备进行日常检查、正确使用及基础维护,并及时发现及上报异常情况。

1. Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and process flows to prevent workplace injuries and ensure consistent product quality.

严格遵守安全规程、标准操作流程及作业流程,预防工伤并确保产品质量稳定。

1. Responsible for classification and zoned storage of components in deburring, sandblasting, and polishing areas.

负责去毛刺、喷砂及抛光工作区零件的分类及分区存放。

1. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency of the workplace through 6S practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).

通过执行6S管理(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全)保持工作区域清洁、有序及高效。

1. Complete tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

按主管指示完成任务,确保工作及时准确执行。

1. Execute deburring and polishing tasks according to production schedules and technical specifications.

按照生产计划和技术规范执行去毛刺及抛光任务。

1. Operate and maintain relevant tools and equipment efficiently, performing regular checks and reporting faults immediately.

高效操作及维护相关工具和设备,定期检查并及时上报故障。

1. Strictly adhere to safety regulations and work procedures to maintain a safe and controlled environment.

严格遵守安全规定及工作程序,维持安全、可控的工作环境。

1. Organize and manage storage of materials and finished products in designated zones to support workflow efficiency.

对物料及成品进行分区存放和管理,以提升生产效率。

1. Apply 6S principles daily to sustain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

每天执行6S原则,保持工作区域清洁、有序及无安全隐患。

1. Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from team leads and supervisors.

与团队成员协作,高效执行主管及组长指示。

Requirements / 任职要求

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in metalwork, machining, or surface finishing is an advantage.

高中或同等学历。具备金属加工、机械加工或表面处理相关技术/职业培训者优先。

1. 1–3 years of experience in deburring, polishing, sandblasting, or related manufacturing processes. Experience in precision or aerospace components is a plus.

1–3年去毛刺、抛光、喷砂或相关制造工艺工作经验。有精密零件或航空零件加工经验者优先。

1. Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to identify part features, tolerances, and areas requiring deburring, masking, or polishing.

能够阅读和理解基础工程图纸、蓝图及作业指导书,识别零件特征、公差及需要去毛刺、遮蔽或抛光的区域。

1. Proficient in using deburring, polishing, masking, and sandblasting tools.

熟练使用去毛刺、抛光、遮蔽及喷砂工具。

1. Basic inspection and quality control awareness.

具备基础检验和质量控制意识。

1. Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety regulations.

能严格遵守标准操作流程、工作指示及安全规范。

1. Self-motivated, disciplined, and responsible.

自我驱动,有责任心,工作认真。

1. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

乐于学习,能适应新工艺与技术。

1. Able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and occasional physical demands.

能适应制造环境工作,能应对灰尘、噪音及一定体力劳动。

1. Shift flexibility may be required depending on production schedules.

根据生产计划,可能需要轮班工作。
