Job responsibilities for Senior Interior Designer

  • Contributing to the concept and design development of residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead the design department, including interior design.
  • Facilitate internal brainstorming sessions with the project team.
  • Provide expert design advice and solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
  • Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including develop design presentation, perspective
  • Enhance design capabilities with updated industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, finishings, and fixtures that meet the client's aesthetic and functional requirements.

  • Source and select materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall design concept

  • Coordinate and liaise with the subcontractor, supplier, and client at various stages of work effectively.

  • Keeping up to date with new development in the design industry
  • To attend site meetings and do inspections during the project period.
  • Able to deliver and communicate working drawing with sub-con

  • Required Skill(s): Interior Designer

  • Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in residential & commercial interior design projects
  • A team player with positive attitude, good communication skill and problem solving skill
  • Require skills: AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Vray, Photoshop, Sketches, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding in Design Detailing
  • Good command in English, Mandrin (writing & spoken)
