Head of Branch

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to spearhead the branch operation including the Sales Operation, After Sales and Spare Parts Operation with the main objective to grow the business in the respective operating area
• Ensure branch profitability by achieving the targeted revenue, managing operational overhead cost in effective manner and drive effective people management to ensure harmonious and safe working environment.
• Propose, develop and execute the annual branch budget in-line with the Company's business plan. Ensure budget utilization in prudent manner and optimized.
• Manage and resolved customer relations matters with regards to branch territory. Ensure customer satisfaction index (CSI) is at targeted level through high of quality of sales administration work and service
• Review and propose improvement for relevant processes in the branch with the main objective to increase customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness
• Support the development of employees through proper learning intervention and on job coaching session.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Business Management/ International Business/ Marketing/ Engineering/Automotive or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as Sales Manager/Branch Manager/After Sales.
• Minimum 4 years in leadership roles handling a group of people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
