JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
To lead and manage the operational functions for Equity Derivatives Operations team, ensuring efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Business & Trade Processing & Equity Derivatives Operational Supervision
- Supervise daily operations
- Monitoring the issuance, expiry, final settlement and corporate exercise related to the OTC and other trade solutions issued throughout the product life cycle
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of dividends, entitlements, trades, adjustments, settlement, rollover and interests.
- Monitor and maintain service delivery standards
- Preparation and
- Interfacing internal and external stakeholders to manage life cycle of OTC trades and other derivatives products from issuance till expiry.
Customer Service
- Timely dispatch of contract, trade confirmations, notices, payment advice, and other relevant documents to customers.
- Correspondence with OTC counterparties, with regard to settlement, adjustments, expiry and rollover of the trades
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting, Banking, Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in stock-broking, commercial / investment banking, investment research, corporate finance, audit, legal, credit control, business processes or equivalent
