Outlet Manager

We are looking for an Outlet Manager for our new café, located in Sunway Putra Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of outlet staff to ensure high levels of service. This includes scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and providing coaching.
• Daily operations: Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the outlet, which can include managing cash, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Customer service: Ensure a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards for service and product quality.
• Sales and performance: Work to achieve sales targets and monitor the outlet's performance. This can also involve tasks like stock ordering and management.
• Compliance: Ensure that the outlet adheres to company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Assist management by producing reports on outlet performance and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

• Preferably local Malaysian applicants, with any gender, age, & backgrounds.
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English.
• You need to have a good health & stamina due to the nature of the job.
• Preferably with relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (café's operation hours is from 9 am until 10 pm)
• Able to work in Sunway Putra Mall (Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur).
