Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales and call targets.
  • Record and update customer information accurately.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and sales updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Confident in communication (Malay & English).
  • Experience in telemarketing or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to learn.
