Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service - Mandarin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a native Chinese speaker with fluent English skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking learners.
  • Provide information and guidance on our courses, enrollment process, and other services.
  • Assist learners with administrative processes.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions, courses events, and other activities.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and manage learner feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and positive learner experience.

Requirements:

  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
