HVAC Sales Executive

- Promote products: Drive business growth by showcasing products and HVAC engineering solutions to key business partners across various industries.
- Build client relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for all HVAC needs while identifying new opportunities to expand accounts.
- Analyze market trends: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry developments and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide expert consultation: Deliver tailored product advice to help customers find the perfect HVAC solutions for their unique requirements, offering technical support when needed.
- Manage sales territory: Independently oversee your assigned sales region while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business prospects.
- Educational background: Ideally possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing or a related field. Candidates with diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, B2B, or marketing is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, planning, and presentation abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated achiever: Show a results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive your own success.
- Travel flexibility: Be willing to travel across the Southern region, including Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan, to meet client needs and expand business opportunities.
