Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: SPM (with credit in Math & English) OR Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service (for SPM holders) OR Minimum 1 year in customer service (for Diploma/Degree holders)
  • Good command of English and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
