  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages of ingredients or supplies.
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
  • Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Support the team during peak hours and events.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of relevant kitchen experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
