RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and acquire sites pertaining to technical matters.
  • Performing technical site survey for identifying the suitable candidates (in terms of RF planning, jurisdictional zoning and/or land use regulations)
  • Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications poles/towers/sites installations.
  • Oversee specific leasing operations and ensure that assignment and scheduling of related work follow agreed-upon timelines.
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of tower company collocation applications.
  • Assist or oversee completion permit applications for submission to authority and coordinating the process.
  • Quality control, data entry and tracking of site candidate packages, tower lease and amendments and another site acquisition documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with a technical team or other departments.
  • Coordinate, order and track title, surveys, environmental reports, structural analysis, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and construction plan and drawings as required.
  • Obtain Landlord approval on construction drawings and the Technical Report has been surveyed.
  • Assist the management in tracking and reporting site acquisition self-perform revenue/market credit and preparation of client billing.
  • Assist on Access issue during preproduction & postproduction stage for internal and external.
  • Tracked equipment for construction and managed vendors agreements and scheduled landlords/customers installations.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Fresh Grad with a minimum of Bachelor Degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
  • Those with legal background or Civil Engineering will be a bonus.
  • Strong interest in learning the world of site acquisition specifically telecommunication industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Has a driving license and own transportation.
  • Fully vaccinated according to the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme
