Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and account details.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to credit cards, loans, online banking, and general banking services.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable financial products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, insurance).
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,100.00 per month
