Job Role:

● Process end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution for all employees.

● Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and other related documents.

● Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

● Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, provident fund contributions, and other deductions.

● Assist in audits and prepare payroll-related reports for management.

● Prepare and issue confirmation letters for employees who successfully complete their probation period.

● Prepare and issue promotion letter for employees who successfully promote.

● Assist in handle disciplinary letters, including issue warnings, suspensions, and termination notices in coordination with HR and management.

● Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.

● Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.

● Enhance payroll systems and automate processes for efficiency.

● Recommend improvements to payroll policies and procedures.

● To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.

● To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workplace.

● To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.

● To maintain the departmental documentation.

● To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience with exposure to HR documentation.

● Proficiency in payroll software (FLEX HR) and HRIS. (Compulsory Requirement)

● Understanding of labour law, tax regulations and disciplinary procedures.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM7,000.00 per month
