Role Overview
As a Property Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in calling hotfacebook leads and booking appointments in our office for the sales team. There will be no cold calling. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, delivering excellent communication and sales skills to present our property offerings and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow a script energetically and build rapport
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up on inquiries promptly and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Be very organised, manage your day and calling numbers
Requirements
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or call center experience (real estate sales experience highly preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English is a must(Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay an added advantage).
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure and money driven
- Based in Kuala Lumpur and available for immediate start.
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary RM4500 + attractive commission structure up to 2%(RM3,000) per deal (Target 4 deals per month = RM12,000)
