What you'll be doing:

  • Report to CEO/Senior Project Manager
  • Knowledge about Palm Oil Mill Process, manufacturing & System
  • Leading overall projects from initial start to final hand-over.
  • Responsible for financial planning, technical and contractual activities.
  • To ensure timely completion and coordination of the project, including quality and safety aspects.
  • Managing and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Government Department.
  • Follow up on planning, payment and resolving progress claims until certification of claims.
  • Coordination with sub-contractors; evaluation of quotations and progress claims.
  • Review and study of new contract upon successful contract awarded.
  • To ensure all departments and sub-con adhere and met client specification.
  • Coordinate with all HOD in relation to Project kick-off meeting on weekly basis.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO/Senior Project Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on project management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably in the engineering
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress
