About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-driven Sea Freight Executive to join our growing Sea Freight Division. You'll work closely with our Sea Freight Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate handling of all export and import operations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and takes pride in delivering excellence and precision in every shipment.

Key Responsibilities


• Create, monitor, and maintain sea freight export and import job files, ensuring timely updates and accurate invoicing.


• Deliver top-tier customer service to local and international clients and vendors.


• Coordinate closely with internal teams including pricing, documentation, and operations to ensure seamless execution.


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide proactive updates on shipment status.


• Ensure complete documentation and proper file archiving according to company SOPs.


• Monitor and respond to critical operational emails after hours when necessary.


• Support ad hoc assignments and department-wide projects as required by management.

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sea freight operations within a freight forwarding environment.


• Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred).


• Solid understanding of shipment measurements and volumetric calculations.


• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.


• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools.


• A strong team player who can work under a detail-focused, results-oriented leader
