Short Summary Role:

Our client are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Manager to lead a payroll migration project for a newly established company entity. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the payroll migration project, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
  • Set up payroll processes and governance for a new company entity, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors to ensure smooth data migration and system setup.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop documentation for payroll processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll setup, system configuration, and data integrity.
  • Provide post-migration support during the stabilization phase.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in payroll operations, with hands-on experience in payroll system implementation or migration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll governance, statutory compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience in setting up payroll for new entities, including system configuration and vendor management.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Note :
The selected candidate will be supported by existing HR personnel throughout the project. Support will include:

  • Background information and context on current payroll processes.
  • Access to historical payroll data and documentation.
  • Coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Assistance with testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Guidance on company-specific policies and governance requirements.
