About the role

WELUX ELECTRONIC SDN BHD' is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Puchong, Selangor. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and processing of our high-quality electronic products. What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment to assemble electronic components and lighting products.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet strict quality standards
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to address any issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
  • Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and the work area
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the lighting & electronics industry
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
