Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement an operations and maintenance team to provide project support for current and future industrialization.
- Provide systematic guidance to team members to enhance team cohesion and unity.
- Overall plan and select early-stage solutions and project initiation for intelligent manufacturing projects.
- Identify project progress and risks, coordinate project resources, and resolve project risks.
- Responsible for the final review of business solutions.
- Resolve complex issues in operations and maintenance projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing-related positions, with skills in planning and designing digital manufacturing system solutions.
- Having planned and led the implementation of at least 2 digital manufacturing projects (e.g., MES, WMS, QMS, etc.).
- Solid computer-related professional knowledge and proficiency in at least one programming and database language.
- Teamwork and team management experience.
- Skilled in communication in Chinese-Mandarin(Need liaise the HQ of China and Supplier in China), English, and Malaysian.
