Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic injection molding,tooling and assembly sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, RFQs, and project proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering,Production,QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers,market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in sales presentations, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering,Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Minimum2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in plastic injection molding,tooling, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of plastic materials, molding processes, and tooling concepts is and advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is added advantage (to liaise with certain clients/suppliers)

  • Experience in automotive, electronics, or consumer product industries.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS quality systems or project management will be a plus.
  • Candidates with existing customer contacts or networks in relevant industries will be prioritized.
