Job Summary
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our HQ team, supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple brands and industries. The role involves executing digital marketing campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in
website management, marketing automation, and funnel tracking
.
You'll work closely with the marketing and tech teams to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and help build the systems that connect content, data, and customer journeys — learning how real marketing operations run in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across SEO, SEM, email, and social media for multiple brands. - Manage and update
company websites
, including content maintenance, product uploads, and campaign landing page setup (WordPress or similar platforms). - Configure, test, and maintain
marketing automation tools
, including lead capture forms, email workflows, CRM integrations, and funnel sequences. - Set up and monitor
tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters
using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related analytics tools to ensure accurate performance measurement. - Conduct
keyword and market research
to support content planning, SEO optimization, and paid media strategies. - Create and schedule
social media and email marketing content
, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives. - Monitor and analyze
campaign performance
using Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising dashboards, preparing periodic performance summaries and insights. - Collaborate with
creative, content, and brand teams
to ensure consistent messaging and visual standards across all digital touchpoints. - Support HQ and business units in
marketing system rollouts
, campaign tracking, troubleshooting, and best-practice implementation. - Stay current with
digital marketing trends, tools, and tracking techniques
, recommending process or workflow improvements for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in
Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
. - 1–3 years of experience in
digital marketing, web management, or marketing operations
. - Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager
, and basic SEO tools. - Experience with
WordPress
or other CMS platforms for landing page or campaign setup. - Familiarity with
automation tools
(Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRMs) is a plus - Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple brand environments.
- Curious and hands-on with new tools, automation, and data workflows.

- 使用 Google Tag Manager、Meta Pixel 等工具设置并监控像素追踪、转化事件及 UTM 参数,确保数据追踪准确。
- 进行关键词与市场研究,以支持内容规划、SEO 优化及付费广告策略。
- 创建并排程社交媒体及电子邮件内容,确保与品牌形象及活动目标一致。
- 使用 Google Analytics、Search Console 及广告后台监控并分析活动表现,撰写周期性绩效报告与洞察。

- 协助总部与业务单位实施营销系统、活动追踪、问题排查及最佳实践推广。

任职要求
- 拥有市场营销、数字营销、传播、商业或相关领域的文凭或学位。
- 1–3 年数字营销、网站管理或营销运营经验。
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 熟悉 Google Analytics、Google Tag Manager、Facebook Ads Manager 及基本 SEO 工具。
- 具备 WordPress 或其他 CMS 平台经验,用于设置活动或落地页。
- 熟悉自动化工具(如 Mailchimp、HubSpot 或类似 CRM)者优先。
- 具备数据分析思维,能将数据转化为可执行的洞察。
