Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept
Senior Business Analyst with 4 years of working experience

cybersecurity

data analysis
. This role bridges business objectives with secure technical solutions, driving initiatives that strengthen enterprise resilience and ensure compliance within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cyber Security Expertise

  • Apply deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Support initiatives across DevSecOps and Application Security domains.
  • Leverage expertise in security tools and frameworks, including SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, container security, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) security.
  • Collaborate with engineering and risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.

Data Analysis and Insights

  • Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights, patterns, and potential security risks.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as
    Tableau
    or
    Power BI
    .
  • Use data querying languages (e.g.,
    SQL
    ) to extract and manipulate datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Present data-driven findings to guide strategic decision-making.

Business and Technical Analysis

  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
  • Prepare detailed business analysis documents identifying key problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Map and optimize business processes and workflows using
    BPMN
    or equivalent methodologies.
  • Partner with development, operations, and security teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Support projects through the full
    software development life cycle (SDLC)

    frameworks.

Industry Knowledge

  • Proven experience in
    financial services
    ,
    technology
    , or other regulated industries.
  • Solid understanding of the cybersecurity and data governance challenges specific to these sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as

    CISM
    ,
    CISSP

    CBAP
    are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
