Job Summary

Join our creative team to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, web, and brand campaigns. You'll collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually compelling stories that engage audiences and elevate brand presence.


Job Description
  • Plan, shoot, and produce videos and photography for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Review video briefs, shooting scripts, and raw materials to determine visual direction and scene value.
  • Trim and edit footage to create smooth, logical, and visually appealing narratives.
  • Input music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Create both drafts and final cuts optimised for multiple digital platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, website).
  • Work with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Manage equipment setup, lighting, and audio during shoots.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders throughout pre-production to post-production.
  • Continuously explore new editing technologies, visual trends, and content styles to improve efficiency and creative output.
  • Work effectively with both high-production-value and native-style content formats.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a videographer or video editor, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Solid understanding of shooting, lighting, and composition techniques.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showing creative storytelling and editing ability.
  • Familiar with social media content trends and video formats (short-form, reels, long-form).
  • Strong attention to detail, visual sense, and pacing.
  • Good command of English and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to work independently from concept to delivery.

Bonus:

  • Experience with 3D animation, compositing, or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted tools (Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, etc.).
  • Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, or related field is an advantage.
